My private mental health practice is aimed at helping children, adolescents and young people navigate the often turbulent waters of growing up. I am dedicated to helping support them in healing old wounds, making key connections, explore life truths and achieve the growth they want and need to succeed.
I have over 14 years of diverse experience in working with individuals and families in areas including, but not limited to:

Clinical Services offered through my practice include:
Individual therapeutic interventions
School based consultancy (small groups, individual support)
Adolescent workshops
Appointments available Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and some Saturdays.
Daytime and evenings available.
